Important Charity Notice

All merchandise purchases support a charitable fundraising initiative. As such, refunds are limited in accordance with UK charity fundraising guidance.

Refunds Are Accepted If:

• Items arrive damaged or faulty

• Incorrect items are received

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds Are Not Accepted For:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Event cancellation

• Delays outside our reasonable control

Where refunds are approved, the charitable donation portion may not be refundable, in line with UK charity regulations.
